2nd Degree Black Belt (Nidan)
I began my karate journey at the age of 11, initially to learn self-defence and build confidence. What started as a practical decision quickly became a lifelong passion. Through my training in Kiaido Ryu, I developed a deep appreciation for the discipline, respect, and structure that martial arts brings—not just in the dojo, but in everyday life.
In 2021, I achieved my Sandan (3rd Dan), a milestone that represented years of dedication, perseverance, and personal growth. Earning my Sandan was one of my proudest achievements and a reminder of how far consistent effort and commitment can take you.
One of the things I value most about being part of the Bethlehem Dojo is the strong sense of family. Watching students grow in confidence, skill, and character—using the tools and principles we teach—is incredibly rewarding. Being able to support others on their journey, just as I was supported on mine, is something I truly cherish.
Karate has shaped who I am, and I’m grateful to continue learning, teaching, and growing within our dojo community.
