This is a workshop for all ranks who are interested in the Empty-hand Kata. (No Weapons)

Saturday 19th will be used for the purpose of working through tournament rules and an actual Tournament date will be set this year depending on the interest.

To those students who are interested Hanshi has connected with  Karate NZ and if keen you will be able to compete in their competitions.

Breathwork
Varying Speed and Timing

Bunkai Interpretation and Sequence
